Glendale is a safe + affirming community where youth can ask real questions + dig deeper into their personal journey of faith + life.

Our youth group meets after worship every Sunday @ 11am in the youth room for a time of devotion, music, Bible study and to hang out with one another. Some of our weekly gatherings will be outside of Glendale as we build connection, serve others + explore our faith together out in the world!

Meet Our Youth Director, Cassie!

I am excited to be a part of this wonderful community. I formerly served as a youth director with a strong background in United Methodist youth ministry and am now a 5th grade English teacher. Prior to joining this community three months ago, I served as the Pastor of Student Ministries at Good Shepherd UMC in Hendersonville for 6 years, where I had the privilege of guiding and mentoring young people from birth to college on their faith journey. I am a proud mom of two sweet boys, Alder (6) and Rowan (4), who bring me so much joy and inspiration, who you will see following me around most Sundays. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for our youth to grow in their faith, build lasting relationships, and discover their unique gifts and talents just as I would want for my own two kids. I am looking forward to getting to know each of you and working together to create a vibrant and engaging youth ministry program.
