From Ashley: “I moved to the Greater Nashville Area in the summer of 2021 to teach at Currey Ingram Academy, and have been searching for my new “heart church” since. This had been a challenge given the climate of The United Methodist Church before the most recent General Conference which removed all harmful and exclusionary language from our church doctrine! However, when I visited Glendale in December 2023, I found the same dedication to community, service, and presence that I loved about my former church in Mississippi! I knew almost immediately that I had found my new place, and that God was leading me here.”
