We are SO blessed that Anne Roberts found us + chose us to be her new church family! We [officially] welcomed her as our newest member during worship on May 23, 2021!

A little bit about her: Anne is originally from Richmond, Va. She studied at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va. where she received a B.A. in Linguistics and a Master of Education. She originally worked as a middle school teacher and gifted education specialist. She spent the last five years in Storrs, CT working on her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from University of Connecticut. She is now a professor at Fisk University and gets to teach future teachers. Anne grew up being very active in her church and now is excited to call Glendale home. It was really important to Anne that she found a church that was welcoming to all people. She is thrilled to be a part of the Glendale Church Family!
