Set Up Cots

By 5:30 PM, set up twelve cots with fresh linens and toiletries. (This is a great role for a family to do together. Items provided by church.)

Prepare Sack Lunches

By 6:00 PM, prepare sack lunches for our guests to take with them the following day. (This is a great role for a family to do together. Food provided by church.)

Serve Dinner, Socialize and Clean Up

At 6:30 PM, serve dinner to our guests. Once all have been served, you may grab a plate and join the guests. After dinner, clean up.

Clean Up

On Sunday morning following our guests' stay, cleanup the Room In The Inn Room (stripping linens, collecting towels, etc.)

Laundry

Pickup and wash the bedding and towels used within 2 days of the RITI event. Delivery of the clean items is expected no later than a week before the following event.

Bring dinner for 15

Prepare and bring a meal to serve our 12 guests and volunteers. Anything hearty and warm is appreciated!
